Effort is still required to communicate with the Craigslist advertisers, but having software to lift the deals out of Craigslist would surely be worth $1,000. 

Where are you advertising?

So anyone who advertises or uses ANY marketing technique, can really advance businesses here. 

Further, deals that are “great deals” aren’t advertised as such; they are identified through analysis using information not readily known and negotiated on a one to one basis.  

My community is safe, and yard signs are a great way to advertise my business.

Not to mention that Norada still is advertising private investment opportunities paying 17%, etc.

Eventually people die off and the homes go up for sale cheap, get abandoned and the park owner picks em up cheap and takes in the extra little bit of cash for the POH rental. 

My focus has been taking abandoned properties and renovating to rentals, both short and long term.

Abandon the Peurto Rico dream for now and look at more realistic/beginner friendly areas that still sport a large latin influence and strong rentals, like Florida (I've looked a little bit outside Miami..Boca Raton, Tampa, West Palm Beach, etc). 

I've heard both terms floating around Im still trying to figure out what a "co-host" is myself as I have seen them advertising different services.
