@Sterling Wyatt The only logical explanation I have is that both the host and RK have no idea about basic financial concepts and are further willing to debase themselves to sell whatever it is they are hawking this week.

@Wyatt Nyman I usually look at any new MLS updates every morning, then all the random places people list FSBO (facebook market place etc)  I then go to whatever house I'm working on and work there most of the day (I'm a buy and hold, but spend a lot of time fixing up the house before I rent it out), I try and make sure that I'm buying enough so that I always have a project to work on.

@Wyatt A Brady the recent studies are predicting that travel tends will stay the same, at least through the summer, with shorter distance domestic travel to remote locations rather than urban.
