I traded a bunch of oak tree's on my Oregon Tree farm to a custom hard wood mill .. who then milled me the most awesome custom white oak floors.. random lengths of 6 to 10 feet random widths I mean this stuff was gorgeous and you simply cant buy it.I have it shipped down to Napa valley from Oregon.... and delivered to a parking lot of a friend of mines winery .

Was thinking of leasing the harvested land to a winery, but that would take a few years to establish a cash flow.

We are 45 minutes to mountains, hiking & wineries.

However, the entire Fall season is popular on the east end because of all the wineries and farms.

This part of the state also has many wineries, making it a popular travel destination for a lot of Texans.

It's Atlanta's playground so people are starting to pay big money for the views and the wineries are drawing a lot of weekenders.

Small banks are the bloodline to small business, local real estate deals, startups, agriculture, wineries, ma and pa local businesses and the list goes on and on.

Not to mention the Brewery the wineries...

It's halfway between LA and San Diego, has the wineries and excellent schools.
