It doesn't specify how old a report can be shared but data is typically updated every 30 days for credit and criminal, evictions could be updated as often as dailyThere are several issues with the Bill, first and foremost, software can photo-shop anything and change a credit score from 500 to 800 and delete negative items from the report.

The day after that seminar a long time ago (I was in my early 20’s), I quit my job working for my employer (it was at a photo shop where we printed pictures and had a portrait studio) and I decided to work for myself and started my own photo studio in another city.

Interior photos are harder to take IMO, than exterior so I charge another $500 for a set of 25.PLEASE stop taking HDR photos which are oversaturated in Photoshop.

They are worse than amateur.Just google "professional real estate photos" to see what they're supposed to look like.If I were a prop mgr, I would be embarrassed to watermark those photos with my company name.If you don't have a wide angle lens dslr camera, at the very least get a wide angle attachment for your phone.Photos need to be slightly photoshopped to show the house in its best light.

If they do not have a grasp of Photoshop supply you with their credit/background check, you can run your own but you may not ask the tenant for more than $20 to cover that fee.
