network network network. anywhere there is one in your area go and meet someone and follow up is key after that. there are many good apps to find local RE events

If your unit doesn't stand out in other ways considering adding amenities like a hot tub, backyard mini golf course, making your airbnb dog friendly, etc.

Do that for six months before you think about buying so you meet other people who are doing what you want to do.

Mission KS is a hot area in the metro, not surprised it sold fast

LTR and MID term are hot now as well, we have more people that want houses than houses to rent to them.  

If I was an educated investor looking for the best hot spot, I'd put it on Syracuse.

We have an upcoming meeting with them to see how we can extend the loan a few more years to make the total monthly payment including installments for the annual property tax bill, which we’ve had to pay for them this year since they were late the last couple years and had to pay interest to the county.
