With its booming housing market, the Phoenix real estate scene has emerged as a hot zone for fix-and-flip investors.

My recommendation would be to choose potential markets - in several price points - that have strong rental demand and year-over-year rent increases and that also are in markets that are appreciating. 

With strong market demand, it sold the same day for $185,000, resulting in a solid profit.

For example, I have a duplex that I tried to sell off market through Facebook Groups.

There are multiple markets you may want to consider.

If I purchased a home locally I’d have to ask well beyond the market rate on rent just to break even.

Markets are extremely important for real estate investment.

Might be time to look off-market.

A lot of different strategies work very well in the Cleveland market.
