The guy at the Ford Store and the BMW Lot have different products, how could it be otherwise?

Detroit was 90% dependent on Domestic Autos.If you followed the Charts on Ford, GM and Chrysler, you would have seen that they were declining for an awfully long time.

All of this combined with the tech and healthcare growth in our area by such corporations as UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), AGH (Allegheny General Hospital), Ford/Volkswagen/Argo AI's joint venture on self drivings cars, Uber, Google, Amazon, Carnegie Mellon, and many others, are attracting people to the area who in turn need housing.

Seller financing is an awesome tool and I have a vacant lot using seller financing right now.

Just like when I'm ready to buy a new car, I could build one myself, but the people at Ford are much more efficient at building cars, so I pay them to do that, while I do what I'm good at.
