Continued Post regarding obtaining Licenses in DC

I started a post regarding obtain licensing in DC and got great information. However, the post got flagged and removed by BP so I am trying to continue with the post here.

I think the last comment on the post was from @Charles Ford regarding the Home Improvement Contracting License at DCRA.
