It's good to connect. I'm currently based in Jacksonville, Florida, and I'm looking to connect with other real estate investors. 

He had a Facebook profile and a Linked in page as well as a web site.  

Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, BiggerPockets, Google Business, Youtube, to name a few... - Leverage your database, clients (past and present) and experienced/busy agents in your brokerage or market.

Knowing Anthony is a GP and most of the feedback any GP gets on LinkedIn is from other GP and operators, the definition of success and therefore the competitive advantages that led to that success may be different.Track record: as we are seeing, a lot of established GPs are having trouble with deals, and either already have or are likely to lose at least some investor capital.  

That is too funny, I've met Jonathan the other week and shot him a LinkedIn note the other day.Thought I'd send my feelers out to see if there is anyone else I should be connecting with

For example, if you are primarily networking in person, messaging potential leads on LinkedIn, or active in real estate groups on BP or FB etc., then the website is a point of reference, but isn't as important as the experience and credibility you give off when talking with owners/real estate investors.
