Can this be done inside a solo k while also using funds from inside the same solo to do rehab?

Purpose of the fund: To purchase old land, rezone, demolish, and rebuild homes to sell at a profit.

Hey Kenny no it's more out the money to work and if needed get personally involved right right now have 3 clients I helped raised 175k in 0% interest business funding with 12 months 0 apr and they want to get going in real estate and make modest returns not shooting for home runs 

If it is a credit/equity line, you could provide a lender letter that the funds are available immediately for funding - and cured any recission period. 

@Brady Bitter these funds have margin requirements. 

From a personal standpoint I target 70% LTV for any investment I have that way gives me ability to sell it if I need too

Hi Ofir,I personally like AL (Huntsville, Tuscaloosa) and I'd say OH markets are also popular.Also there are programs out there that can do higher LTV with no FICO.
