Hi sarah, while i do not have it in my rentals at the moment i plan to in the future, i have it currently in 4 rooms and the hallway of my current home, with 2 dogs, 2 kids and myself it has not faltered in 5 yrs so far, i believe if installed correctly it would knock out the price of floor fixes drastically, waterproof, scuff/scratch resistant/ appealing to the eye and affordable. love it. and like i said when i need to replace floors in my units it will definitely be going in !

And, definitely agree with the approach of doing it over time because a rent increase AND a bill-back program would be a one-two knockout punch to most residents.
