If they’re willing to implement your systems, then go for it but know what that entails.  

This might entail making your initial investment in a single-family house, duplex, or triplex.Always keep in mind that investing in real estate is a process that calls for commitment, never-ending learning, and long-term thinking.

I have a hard time counseling people to consider rolling it out in-house when I'm still learning what that entails. 

B) the lower end properties do have more competition, and because of that, the only real way to create value is to buy something that entails a larger scope than a retail owner wants to take on.
