They will really make any excuse to dislike you, no matter what you've done for them.

It’s been rented since I’ve purchased in 2014, but my last tenant just moved out, and after cleaning up I realized how much I dislike what I’m offering and I feel I need to do better.

I don't dislike Vegas, and we will definitely miss it (if and when we move), but we really just like change. stagnation makes me suicidal.

Personally - I dislike and haven't used hard money. 

The key from here would be to make sure when they send you things, respond promptly and briefly why you like or dislike something so they may be more efficient with their time.
