I'm super curious if anyone else has encountered this issue...We are RE investors in Denver - we've got 3 investment properties (or 5 doors).

I don't understand enough about it to know if them stocking up on single-family and small multi-family properties in the Denver area, at the current prices, is a good initial play that will hold up.

Hey Jared, I myself am Looking to open a few  sober livings here in Denver and would love to get some pointers if you don't mind!

In Denver where I invest it's actually a PLUS to not have the other unit considered separate because permits are only allowed for STR if you're renting out your primary residence and I know many folks who put a locking door on part of their home and have a separate external entrance to that part of the house, and rent it out as an AirBNB without it being considered an additional unit by the city.

My wife and I have been doing this since 2019 in the Denver area and its treated us well.
