Voice AI is out there and there are impressive demo videos but there’s nothing like a human-to-human trust building conversation.

If I see a property on the MLS and I want to offer seller financing (or use creative financing strategies to fund the deal), do listing agents quickly disregard these offers?

RE Investing is much tougher right now than it was 5 years ago.I personally spend at least an hour per day every day deepening my knowledge - reading, webinars, youtube videos, podcasts, formal industry trainings/certifications, etc.

Video walkthroughs, uploads of weekly pictures and videos each week.

This is specialized knowledge that usually is not just handed out for free on a forum that is mostly clueless and hostile on creative finance..

Now she's looing at insuring it mainly as her vacay cabin, and get a separate liability policy via Proper/Lloyds of London... not even sure she can do that , but we're trying to get creative as it's very necessary.
