I'd add that simply having a form of money with value decided by people vs. central banks has some hedges against political extremism.However, anyone who thinks Bitcoin is leaves no trace and is 100% anonymous does not understand blockchain technology.I have bought waffles and coffee with Bitcoin and I'm always happy to accept payment in Bitcoin.

There are some startups working on bringing Blockchain technology for faster and efficient commercial real estate closings. 

No crypto owns the blockchain.

Thus rendering a service at least partly redundant (unless you're building the service within one of those cryptocurrency's blockchain).Look up REX, Reidao, and the REAL Platform to name a few.

Some people confuse blockchain with bitcoins.

Hello fine people of BiggerPockets,I recently stumbled upon a startup, which is far as I can tell, looks similar to something like a Fundrise, just using the blockchain and tokenized real estate shares for cheap, and I’ve been contemplating getting into it.

Reno, has everything, everyone has mentioned plus some, population growth,strong job growth, Tesla amazon, apple, google, switch, blockchain city , blackstone, plus hundreds of other companies have recently moved to the Tahoe Reno industrial center (largest industrial park in the world/ 120,000+ acres sold out) and the surrounding areas.

I'm a HUGE proponent of block-chain, but that doesn't mean crypto will maintain its value. 

What is your biggest concern for your future as an agent considering the integration of newer technologies like AI, Web3, Blockchain etc. in the real estate space?
