I am 25 y/o, I have a job where depending on overtime, I make around $140,000.

Do I work with Agent X, but they charge more....or do I work with Agent Y who charges less, but they aren't as good as Agent X.Then the problem is A, B and C Agents, who charge the same as Agent X who is good, but A, B and C arnt nearly as good as Agent X.

Investor relations and Asset management similar - all starts with data - we can take investor relations data and input it into a model to analyze some of the data we have that can point to KPI's like average time after a booked call to invest etc.For AM, it can take average foreclosure time to foreclose in X state with Y attorney, what the cost is etc. 

I pull out most of the surplus cash from the operating account and put it in an account owned by the same company but in Bank Y.

Something like I want to learn from you about X, and I can help you in return by doing helping find deals, Y & Z.
