I listen on my commute (through my android which took some work).1-hour is actually short for me.

If you're on an Android, you can use the google messages text messaging application(instead of the phones default), and then on your desktop/laptop you can read/reply to the same text messages via https://messages.google.com/ As a realtor who's constantly replying to text messages, I use this ALL the time.

I was wondering if anybody knew of an android app that gives you a market overview?

I use the beenverified.com app for android and screen an applicant on my phone as soon as I find out their name.

There is an Android/iPhone app called MagicPlan that attempts to use the camera+gyroscope in your phone to come up with floor plans for rooms.

@Jared Lichtin google play store is the equivalent of iTunes for android users, since Google play store is strictly for android users and iTunes as we are aware of is for iPhone users.....

Won't work on my android either.
