Hey Lee, Ohio's a great state for landlords but different cities offer different opportunities. 

I have family in the Boston area and they vacation near Dover, a beautiful city. 

I'm searching for an investor friendly agent in that city.

FYI that the address listed as the mailing address for the city notices is still the property address.

In the city a dig down is closer to $50k-$80k depending on if you need to underpin and water service is $30kish now!

I don't know what they are but unless there's something in the city that requires that kind of notice, it sounds excessive to me.
