@Matthew Odou Yes, Puerto Rico is a US Territory, same currency no passports required, most are pleasantly surprised that its like a Hawaii in the Caribbean but the cost of living is less and real estate prices are like 2008-so now a there a lot of expats and investors of all ages taking advantage.

I'm a Realtor based in Jamaica (what is fast becoming the best performing market in the Caribbean) and I'm just happy to see what we can learn and share with each other.

Surely you could spring for a 4 day Carnival Cruise.I'm not sure you can figure out who makes the millionth post, you could just randomly select someone like the Publisher's Clearing House awards.Need to put the PR folks on it now, Time Magazine has timing requirements for publishing!

After all this place where ever it is, the beach, the lake, Hawaii, Caribbean, etc is some beautiful place that many other people view as a very desirable place also.
