I realized in the process of my journey towards financial freedom, that there are many multiple ways... of making money in the commercial real estate with the emphasis in multi family apartment building investing/ownership.I realize there are other folks who will tell you that syndication is the best way to go about and build their workshops around the fact that they train you how to do syndication... and leaving them as your trusted partner in terms of providing capital.... and providing training....

Most of the work to be done is hauling trash and junk from the yard and the 1200 sq ft garage/workshop.

They've had beginner workshops, pointed discussions and specific group meetings, but I was never upsold on anything that I can remember.

I attended a "Case study" last night but was unable to stay long but I am attending a workshop in early January and I will let you know how that goes.Thanks

In residential districts, accessory buildings may be detached garages, workshops, storage sheds, hobby-type greenhouses or similar minor buildings (roofed structures).Not ADU like in "habitable". 

Several years ago, at one of my tax and asset protection workshops for real estate investors, a person called me out for telling the class to group properties when I use one LLC per property. 

Last weekend I attended a workshop on how to flip homes on the internet.

I have one , I have taken a workshop class several years ago , and pricey as well.

I work closely with Fair Housing Authority here and have done their workshops.
