Looking for a General Contractor in Corpus Christi area

We just evicted a tenant from our house in Aransas Pass, TX which is about 20 minutes north of Corpus Christi. My husband and I are both active duty military stationed in Alaska. He just flew down to see what the damage is. Most of the work to be done is hauling trash and junk from the yard and the 1200 sq ft garage/workshop. It does need new interior & exterior paint, new flooring in laundry room & resealing the wood deck. So far, that's about the extent of work. My husband is only there for 5 days and probably won't be able to get to all of it so we are looking for any recommendations for someone to hire to finish it off. If anybody is interested in purchasing, we are considering listing for $30k under market value. It's on 5 acres. Thank you for any advice / recommendations.
