I've read several books and joined different webinars and have had a million ideas for my first investment, but ultimately, I believe a multifamily house-hack would be the best to start with.

Though I did not participate on this platform at the onset, when I joined the first webinar by Brandon, somehow I started getting the weekly articles through my email and I would read a good portion of them.

Your buyer will probably be an inexperienced newbie who watched a wholesaling webinar or took some weekend wholesaling guru course.

If you still feel like you want to do real estate investing after let's say 3-6 months of studying it (podcasts, books, youtube videos and webinars) then I would recommend going into real estate then.

Hi, I have watched a webinar about syndicating a deal using other peoples money and there was very much potential to create money on the back end of the deal and front end such as being the agent of that deal as well as being the seller agent.
