This time around I hope to make better informed decisions.I am a Director of Software Engineering and have developed web sites on my own time.I am 46 years old and currently I am looking at educating myself in real estate investment.

Which would mean different business cards, web site, logo, etc. 

And there several good, affordable options in web-based PMS to help with logistics (leases, repairs, tenant notes, etc)

Hosting, web design, and paying his employees cost money too, so I personally don't object to paying a bit more to access some of the premium content.  

I was amazed they would teach you how to max out your credit cards or open a new one to get into the program.Like many of us said, you can find a lot of studying material for free on the web and use the 35 k to get into your first deal.

I track the list of agents in spreadsheets for each state. there are web sites that will break down each city in a state by population, then if you search for each city, you can group it by region.

You should be able to find both on the web.

I mean the only thing that relates to them is there web sites.

I'm currently an elevator technician and web developer and I invest in real estate with the wife. 

And finally, a web base marketing tool to use that is designed to bring in bound calls your way.
