@James Wise, I've been designing websites for about 14 years now, started when I was in college to pay for pasta and rice.

You see my dad has been a rice and crawfish farmer for over 40 years and within that time he has taken out multiple million dollar crop loans and successfully paid them back.

Sticky situation!

I would think that trying to read strategies used in the States and applying them in Canada could be sticky, before you attempt anything you need to run it past an attorney in your area.

@Donald Placide  the wholesaling forum has some "Sticky" posts at the top that have great info.
