I didn't really understand what you meant by "submit performing notes" sounds like some site was saying submit offers got a spin in terms, but I get it, I think, you're looking for notes to purchase or acquire.My concern, initially is actually dealing with your own money, as most starting out try to buy and then flip the note, which is brokering, and your asking for buyers indicates that.Speed is pretty much a syndication of traders that I believe trades pretty much between themselves in a limited market. 

I'm going whole hog, and just the thought of how many people/leads/relationships I'm going to have to deal with makes my head spin.

Gurus dream up junk documents as a product, to have eye wash to sell.If you had begun with the study of real estate instead of spin strategies, I'd bet you'd have this all covered.

But I've been buying and selling long enough, and know rental properties and repairs/capex well enough to know that there is an enormous amount of spin and wishful thinking in the rental expenses dept.Giving thanks for all the engineers, MBAs, MBA types and lender/note people here on BP.  

They can spin a plausible story about how that is possible with wholesaling.

Chalk it up to experience and move on.If it is not major then your probably going tobe spinning your wheels.I had a similar issue.

@Shaun ReillyYou make great points, human nature can cross all boundaries and classifications.I agree with a lot of the anti-wholesale crowd in theory, there's a lot of amped up, unregulated newbies with dollar signs spinning in their eyes that are being unleashed upon unsuspecting citizens.
