Also a main reason that Intel decided to spend 10 billion building 3 new fab plants in the silicon forest.. and bring in 6k new jobs that makes us home builders smile. :)Ca. has Hydro and I think they might still have a nuc or two.. at least I think the one south of Sac was running a few years back I could be off on that.But when your paying 2 million for a 1600 sq ft rancher in Palo Alto your not really worried about your power bill  LOL
