Unfortunately this is not as apparent and may require speaking with past borrowers but I would go with the lender with a streamlined and rationale draw process even if the underwriting/ origination process requires more of my time & completing/ turning over additional documentation.

They originally booked for 3 months, and we agreed to a signed 3 month lease agreement. 

Getting back to the original posters question an attorney should be drafting the operating agreement but its beneficial to have an accountant weigh in on tax matters.

@Linda West it is United Wholesale Mortgage, which you gain access to through a mortgage broker.To answer your original question, I like Navy Federal for the long draw period of 20 years, followed by repayment period.
