The general idea is to renovate the kitchen with new cabinet & counter top; Update all the restrooms; patch up all walls; remove pop-corn ceiling, repaint whole house; re-sand and re-stain all the hardwood floor; some plumbing work; install can lights in all rooms;  move some lighting fixtures; add/move switches and wire for Ethernet.  

Replaced all old carpets with wood flooring, replaced the vinyl in bathrooms with ceramic tile and updated the faucets; repainted entire unit; replace all kitchen appliances which were very old and rusted.

It’s likely they are not putting much, of any money into it, other than maybe some labor to clean and repaint wherever needed.

I have replaced t111 on the outside etc, repainted homes and the exterior was good as new.
