FYI, we were able to get a 5.5% rate from their recommended lender with 20% down.

And that's if CA want's to flip the $300m/ $400m in legal fee's to keep fighting for it, for decades.    

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

But I did not like what I saw, anything under what Costar would rate 4 stars did not appeal to me.
