But honestly it sounds like you are not willing or don't want to manage your properties but at the same time are also not willing to pay someone to manage it and I have news for you -- if you're not willing to do it or it's too much of a hassle or headache for you to do it ---- what makes you think they would do it for pennies on the dollar?
