I fear you will find it's cheaper to buy on the resale market and obtain better cash flow than building new...

In a nutshell, when it comes to your investments, don't fear something that requires a bit of work and is older, within reason, in an area you believe in.  

I plan to go out and actually use all this knowledge I acquired in a real deal but I fear most people wouldn’t take me seriously because I’m so young and they wouldn’t trust me enough to put their property under contract with me.

(On that subject I'd like to commend podcast for having kid friendly content as my son is usually riding with me, and I never fear him hearing something inappropriate or psychologically damaging.)In summary, you guys have fantastic content YouTube, Website, Forum, Podcast and I'm appreciative for the many contributors as well as an opportunity to come and share.    

You got over your fear and took action.

My Chattanooga duplexes were my first investments EVER (excluding my house hack), and it threw me in the ringer, for me personally struggle, and fear of loss puts me into fight or flight and I soak up knowledge and networked like crazy to make sure my investments would come out ok! 

Some people are a wizard when it comes to running the numbers while others are fearful.

What I fear greatly is an ultra-conservative appraiser adding in a pile of expenses that don't exist, and sinking my plans. 

I am not a fear monger but what happens if there is a cyber attack, or EMP that prevents us from accessing that money. 

People fear what they do not know.
