The moral of the story is not to sit and put your head in the sand.

I am definitely looking to sweep up at least two properties from this predicament we are in. 

This is more of a moral issue for me rather than the question of pet fee/deposit.

But these complacent landlords out there are more concerned with their pride or whatever it is they think they're taking the moral high ground for than with running their business like a business.And if you think its fair that all the other business types are getting grants and loans but us.

While this post does not pertain to the current pandemic taking place, I think it’s so great that there are platforms like this that allow people to come together to navigate this unusual situation.In regards to my personal predicament, I am absolutely certain that I want to make a career change that involves real estate in at least some capacity.

But as long as you guys have respect for one another and the morals needed to do business fairly with one another. you'll be fine.I am concerned over the house hacking with a business parter ?
