I will post no parking signs and see about getting a tow company to monitor the driveway but technically I think the Condos own the driveway and we just have an easement to use it.

Note: I've installed several cameras on LA's skid row used by LAPD and several business owners in the area didn't want to invest the approx $10k to add a camera to their building and the network but a nice big sign saying they are being monitored was an easy choice for many....who's got 'em, who doesn't....I'm not sure.

This way you have your recorded option and should be able to buy it from the Bankruptcy court for the amount owed at the time.They will be fixing their own credit by paying the mortgage, but put something in place to monitor that they are in fact paying it.

At the same time, I'm monitoring the access I have to the MLS (zillow and such) pretty much daily and not finding anything that looks like it's the right price and in the right area, which means either it can't be done, or I need to change my strategy.
