Actually it’s not.Coach youth soccer/baseball,  Boy Scout Leader, School Board member, Rotary member, 4H supporter, hire/train high school students, NRA instructor, etc.  

But if the investor is looking for essentially a light rehab, or turnkey rental, and to use financing, and to negotiate remedy, and to do a full due diligence, then they are not really playing in the same league as the above investor as far as risk and therefore returns.

I just had to bring a baseball bat to a place last night and had Big Tony and Sammy Feet on standby in case things got out of hand.  

We've got football, hockey, baseball spring training, and several bowl games around New Year's.

HOWEVER, I just made an LLC for my baseball coaching business.

My dad and I spent the majority of a day pulling these massive vines(some the size of a baseball bat at the base of the tree) down from the 60-80' pine trees behind the house, turns out they were poison ivy!

When they merged, they took on USA Federal's charter, which happens to extend membership eligibility to members of the Navy League of San Diego.
