In order to avoid wasting time on a bunch of individual showings with unqualified applicants, perhaps consider doing what I do and host “open house” style showing windows. 

The issue I have and would like to hopefully get some advice on is the below:In real estate specific tax strategies - it is my understanding that I would be able to generate significant “losses” through the use of bonus depreciation and other strategies. 

Would love to network and build relationships with like minded individuals. 

I see the value in generating consistent cash flow and building long-term equity through this strategy.Available Capital: I currently have 100k available to invest.

Mainly because home inspectors already have tools and systems for quickly generating thorough inspection reports to help you negotiate credits, concessions, and/or price reductions.
