Ideally, I'd find somebody who does that for a living, has a bunch of knowledge and is willing to let me tag along with him and soak up all I can, while trying to not be a pain in the ***. 

If it was only put in to resell then there is a remote possibility you could be tagged as creating inventory.  

Ask as many questions as you have and tag me if you want me to personally respond.

The other 2 units have couple of houses on the same block that are boarded up, liquor bottles in the front yard and graffiti painted on the front of the house.
