Aside from the value of the information here, if nothing else it's a great source of inspiration for me to come back to.I'm mostly focusing on single family (if multi comes up I'll happily look at it but it tends to go high - feeding frenzy - in my market).

It's inspiring.

Funding, along with inspiration and innovation, truly is the lifeblood of real estate development.If you want to start flipping real estate and need money, Just any banks aren't the place to go unless you have an equity line of credit.

She has achieved great success as a realtor in Colorado Springs and has re-inspired my ambitions of investing in real estate.
