We have a PM firm that manages this building and to our knowledge mold was never reported or noticed until she vacated.  

We are a real estate private investigative firm that locates owners, assets, background history, tenant screenings and more.

So the answer to your questions is, without a broker's license of your own, or a partner with a license, it is illegal and a conflict of interest with the Real Estate firm who's name you use as an agent.

Love the strategy I did something very similar, left my job became an agent in NYC and then went to a commercial firm to specialize in multifamily.

I have literally had to spend over an hour just removing staples before. ...and firms charge you by the hour to do your taxes.

@Brian MathewsI need to pay my tuition somehow and I will be working during schooling if I find a job.The marketing pay varies a lot and the word terrible might of been an exxageration.I'll most likely open my own firm which will help will provide a better income.
