Not an endorsement - just who gave me the best rate and lender credit combo.

Just because they are advertised on BP doesn't mean BP endorses what they are doing, I'd be a bit more selective in what I advertised but I don't sign up advertisers. :)

IE criminal and credit checks....Credit is a credit check on the person.. to not do this I think is a mistake... people talk great game then you find out they have a pattern of not paying bills ... stiffing ex wife and child support etc.you make the call on credit what's important to you.that's basically it and of course buy title insurance with lender endorsement ALT A policy.Keep tabs on hazard insurance ( even will insure them myself and just charge them at payoff) and of course if your going over a year check on property tax's.If your doing rehab loans.. consider a hired inspector for 100 bucks an inspection and charge borrower.NO second or junior position lending ever .. just not worth the brain drain.. 

It is most likely providing basic perils coverage (think fire) but can be endorsed to include other perils (theft, vandalism & malicious mischief are 2 I recommend).

I am not one to endorse too many of these things, but will say I have it.

Given the tremendous potential Bentonville has I'm predisposed to endorse this deal, but the numbers are prohibitive!

Rental dwellings can be scheduled on a commercial policy form and you would just endorse every future purchase on the existing policy and bill the lender the prorated difference.
