There was a time - in the not-too-distant past, as my state (TN) didn't legalize the lottery until about 2004 - that honest and ethical citizens agitated against a state-run lottery for moral & ethical reasons.

The ones I have actively "disliked" are generally the opposite.All that being said...the more units you  manage and the longer you do this job, you will find that is best to try and be impersonal and slightly distant, don't be rude, but don't get involved with your tenants life.
