They put it on the market at current rates and they'll make a great return.If you want to keep the home for yourself, pay them a fair price for it with a small discount since REALTORS aren't needed (maybe 10%).

So many discount what we do, just to try and save a few bux when it ends up costing them, 5, 10 15k, and lots of headaches. 

There is no value in having a repeat buyer who wants a discount.

Another great avenue would be to start wholesaling, that way you learn how to find discounted deals, sell them to investors in your network you can learn from, and make some money! 

No discounts there.If it was a ground level addition, I personally wouldn’t blink much.
