Fix and Flippers In Cleveland

Hey everyone,

I am looking for some fix and flippers in Cleveland Ohio to buy houses from. My goal is to turn them into rental properties. I think it would be a pretty efficient system where the flipper knows he can get the house sold and I know I am getting a turnkey house with good work done that I can rent out. It would definitely be a long term partnership. Let me know if that is something you would be interested in!
