Would be cool if I could split the  VA loan and buy two houses in the same year.Resources, experience, systems and networking.

I am currently planning to try to go to some local and online networking events to make some connections.

I want everything I did to be worth it (reading about real estate, joining BiggerPockets, networking, etc.)Thoughts:1.

@Ray Hage would be a good person to network with for the Fort Lauderdale area, he knows it well. 

Network with local agents, real estate meetups, and investors who focus on flips and rehabs to access off-market properties.

That's why there has to be at least 5 - 6 viable networks set up. 

Do you ever attend any local meetups or networks?
