In my opinion, you shouldn't buy notes until you know exactly what you are doing.I switched to notes 2 years ago and I'm delighted that I did - its the most exciting opportunity in the finance space right now (again - in my opinion).

This is so easy even a Cave Man can do it. 

It provides good asset protection, but you typically must personally guarantee the bank note, and oftentimes, there are covenants in the note that say you cannot transfer to an LLC (its OK, everyone does it anyway, and as long as you remain current, the bank does not care)For your personal home, you can transfer to an LLC and hold it in that entity if you so choose, however, you may not be able to take advantage of the asset protection because you will still have personal liability to injuries sustained to those you invite to your own premises (i.e. you invite someone to your house and upon you leading them to your man cave, they fall down the stairs and break their ankle, you are personally liable no matter how the house is held)

Hey guys, i have access to MLS and I dont know if im setting up my search parameters wrong  or its just that the market is still hot here but cant find anything under $280k in Phx,Az and surrounding areas (not interested in south PHX).What im looking for is residential single family detached, +1000sqft living area, +8k sqft lot size, +2bdr, +1 bath room,  within Mls looked in Phx,Glendale, Mesa, Morristown,Cave creek, New River, Surprise and Wickenburg.

And if his broker is anything like me, may God save your soul if you try to F-him in this way because because I would delight in making an example of such a fool.
