I like both my jobs but I want to spend more time with my family, be able to travel more, and be prepared to help my step daughter out with college in a few years since her dad is a deadbeat.

Real estate contracts have been signed on both sides, financing approved from hard money lender, I have received the HUD-1, Unfortunately, the day before closing, and just before I was going to wire the funds to the title company, the seller died.I understand that the seller has one daughter who is still interested in selling the property.  

I really want to close a deal before my daughter is born in March.

I am into buy and hold (and long term give to my daughter).

But i look at my daughter who has little to no interest in real estate is in Senior management at Intel works in her cub  but knocks down some major money at at 37 is basically set for life NO debt  great house nice family and loves her work..

This mom and daughter combo, wouldn't allow us to leave if we didnt stuff our bellies pockets and hands with all sorts of goodies.

I want nothing more than to get out of debt completely, buy our home, and raise our daughter up to with a good financial education (the kind neither one of us got).

Also, don't underestimate the importance that you are married to his daughter, and not the other way around.

I have to go to every showing, they need to remove dogs every showing and for some reason I have to go pick up the daughter from school and take her to get a snack if a showing is happening that day.

Daughter just got her first job, and will likely live in Phoenix long term (she is engaged to a local).
