I want to develop condominium, multifamily, amd mixed use properties someday.

The property is in east Brunswick not in Monroe.looked into the county records for the last 15 years, Looks like the condo was earlier a co op that was converted into a condominium association, I don't see any liens pending expect the mortgage, The auction site lists the same mortgage company name as the owners, The mortgage company did foreclose the property on Aug 2016, the condominium association attached lien on July this year, and there is also a discharge recorded with the county for the condominium association (dollar amounts match on both the county document). for a peace of mind thinking of running a title search, any ideas where I can get a title search for a small fee. thanks for your replies.

@Will Barnard  @Karen Margrave I just sent over the listing of the bid dog I owned and sold for 5 mil in 04.. no pics but it was a cool home it was river frontage on two sides  3 acre vineyard.. 8600 sq ft.. 5 bd 9 bath 6 car garage big boat launch.. and what was unique about it  it was the only property in all of Oregon that has frontage on two navigable rivers. you land a float plane in front ski fish for salmon and steelhead etc etc. 

my experience in San Francisco investing is that you really need some serious assets to launch into commercial.

This company has a launched a peer to peer lending platform where is matches borrowers with lenders seeking yield.

Some foreigners, though, don't like the laws here in real estate, particularly that which states that foreigners are not allowed to own any real property here (except a condominium).

My wife and I are probably about 6 months away from launching into buying our first property.

Our higher income houses are actually great once installed (I work full + time, run 9 houses and am launching a blog/webstite,  + have a husband so I know busy) Than buying another personal property with 5% down conventional.
