Mentors or coaches should be anchored in 3 areas; Experience at doing, Education and being Certified or Accredited by some government agency or professional association.In my book, meaning in my opinion, an instructor should have a college degree to mentor effectively in any business subject.

I'm in sales, and I have considered getting a coach.

So i'm weighing out collecting a potential $150k in gains and either begin stock trading (under an experience coach of course), or moving my investing out of state, or possibly holding onto these longer in hopes of further appreciation and having the ability to continue renting to ministry students/families.

I would start going to real estate networking meetings and get a mentor or someone to coach you through this.Sure you can do a deal and you might do ok.
