Repainted cabinets and stainless steel appliances in one kitchen.

I’m an out of state investor so want to be as hands off as possible ideally.Whilst I’m here, I need the flooring replaced and kitchen & bathroom cabinets painted so any recommendations for those types of services would be hugely appreciated too.Thanks!

Storage areas can include built-in cabinets, closets, attic space, and even outdoor sheds, etc.Laundry: Including a laundry area and machines is a big bonus for tenants, as they compare that with apartment living where they would have to use common laundry machines that require payment.HVAC: Make sure to include an effective dual heating & air-conditioning system to service the ADU, so your tenant is comfortable in the unit.Kitchen island: It may be difficult to squeeze in a kitchen island in a small ADU, but it’s a big bonus if you can make the space.

For instance, when I buy a property, I attempt to keep the cabinets and refinish / paint them rather than replace them.

That goes for the new computer at the office, the new Traeger grill for home, or the kitchen cabinets for our flip.

Or later after the sale they may say the cabinet under the sink smells and they need a new kitchen to replace it. 

The house needs pretty light rehab (pain, cabinets, landscaping etc)Is this a bad idea?
