Anyone you recommend who works with investors, can assemble a great team/has solid connections, and have done good work for you.

That, coupled with having to find people that could assemble, when everyone was used to working with a hammer and nails, was difficult too, so no time savings.

Been assembling the "Team" to take a run at a mobile home park or small apartments.
